1. Who we are
MyHostingTT ("we", "us", "our") provides annual hosting for Telegram bots through the website myhostingtt.xyz. For any privacy question you can reach us at soporte@myhostingtt.xyz or on Telegram at @MyHostingTTService.
2. Information we collect
We only collect the information needed to sell, deliver and support the service:
- Contact and account details: your name, email address, Telegram username or ID and, optionally, your country.
- Service details: the plan you purchased, your subscription folio, start and expiry dates, server details assigned to you, and the username and bot platform you tell us about.
- Payment records: amount, currency, payment method chosen (for example Binance Pay or card through Whop) and the payment reference. We never receive or store full card numbers.
- Client portal credentials: a username and a password stored only as a one-way bcrypt hash.
- Security and usage logs: IP address, browser user agent, date and time of sign-ins (successful and failed) to the client portal and admin panel.
- Portal activity: the client portal pages you open, actions you take there (for example, requesting a renewal or changing a password), commands typed in the demo web console, and whether you currently have the portal open. This is kept for 90 days to provide support and protect your account.
- Communications: messages you send us on Telegram or by email, and a record of the service emails we send you.
3. How we use your information
- To create, deliver, renew and support your hosting service.
- To confirm payments and issue receipts.
- To send service emails, such as access details and renewal reminders before your plan expires.
- To protect the website, the client portal and our servers against fraud, abuse and unauthorized access (for example, temporary lockouts after repeated failed sign-ins).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or profiling.
4. Legal basis
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your information to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse. Where consent is required, we will ask for it.
7. Your bot and server content
The code, files and data you place on your server belong to you. We do not access, review or use that content, except when you ask us to help with support, when it is needed to keep the service secure and working, or when the law requires it.
8. How long we keep information
We keep account, subscription and payment records for as long as your service is active and afterwards for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. Security logs are kept for a limited time. One-time links sent by email expire after 45 days. When your service ends, the data on your server may be permanently deleted after the grace period described in our Terms of Service.
9. Security
We use HTTPS on the whole site, store passwords only as bcrypt hashes, keep application data outside the public web directory, protect forms against forgery, and lock sign-ins after repeated failed attempts. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at soporte@myhostingtt.xyz from the email address linked to your account. We may need to verify your identity, and we will reply within 30 days. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. International transfers
Our servers and providers may be located in different countries, including the United States and Mexico. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.
12. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. If we make material changes, we will notify active clients by email.
