1. The service
MyHostingTT provides a server for running Telegram bots and related projects for a fixed term of 365 days ("the Annual Plan"). The Annual Plan currently includes:
- A server with 4 vCPU, 8 GB of RAM and 120 GB of SSD storage.
- A domain already configured to point to your server.
- Root access over SSH, plus the host, IP address, username and password needed to connect.
- Direct support on Telegram at @MyHostingTTService.
Resources are provided as described on the website at the time of purchase. We may improve or replace the underlying hardware without reducing the resources you paid for.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to give accurate contact information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your client portal credentials and server passwords confidential, and for all activity under your account and on your server.
3. Price and payment
- The Annual Plan costs $250.00 USD per year, paid in advance in a single payment. Prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Accepted payment methods are shown when you purchase, for example Binance Pay or card through Whop. Some methods may include a processing fee, which is shown before you pay.
- Purchases are arranged through our Telegram support. Your service is activated once the payment is confirmed, normally the same day.
- There are no automatic recurring charges. You decide whether to renew each year.
- You are responsible for any taxes, bank or exchange fees charged by your payment provider.
4. Term, renewal and expiry
The term starts on the day your service is activated and lasts 365 days. We will send a reminder to your email before the expiry date (starting about 30 days before). To renew, contact us and pay the renewal price in effect at that time.
If you do not renew, you have a grace period of 5 days after the expiry date. After the grace period, the service may be suspended, and your server and its data may be permanently deleted. Please keep your own backups.
5. Refunds
- If we cannot deliver your server, you are entitled to a full refund.
- You may cancel within 7 days of activation for a full refund if the service has not been used in breach of these terms.
- After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, and there are no partial refunds for unused time.
- No refund is given when a service is suspended or terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use rules below.
To request a refund, contact soporte@myhostingtt.xyz or @MyHostingTTService with your subscription folio. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method, minus non-refundable processing fees where applicable.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the server for lawful Telegram bots and your own projects. You must not use it, or allow others to use it, to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or run bots that violate Telegram’s Terms of Service.
- Distribute malware, run phishing pages, or attack, scan or gain unauthorized access to other systems.
- Launch denial-of-service attacks or other activity that harms our network or other customers.
- Mine cryptocurrency or run workloads that keep resources saturated in a way that degrades the shared infrastructure.
- Host, sell or distribute illegal content, including content that exploits minors, infringes intellectual property or facilitates fraud.
- Resell or sublease the server without our written permission.
If we detect a violation, we may limit, suspend or terminate the service, with or without prior notice depending on how serious it is. We may also cooperate with authorities when the law requires it.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the software you install, for keeping it updated and secure, for backing up your data, and for complying with the laws that apply to you and to your bot’s users. You must not share your server access with people who do not follow these terms.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep your server online 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, network issues or events outside our control may cause short interruptions. Support is provided on Telegram at @MyHostingTTService and by email at soporte@myhostingtt.xyz; it covers access to the server and the infrastructure we provide, and may include reasonable help with getting your bot running. We are not responsible for writing or fixing your bot’s code.
9. Your data
You keep ownership of everything you upload to your server. We do not access your content except as described in our Privacy Policy. We may keep infrastructure backups, but we do not guarantee them; you are responsible for your own backups.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current term of your Annual Plan.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time; refunds follow the Refunds section. We may terminate the service if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the plan. If we discontinue the plan without any breach on your part, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and refund the unused part of your term.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes do not affect the price or resources of a term you have already paid for. If we make material changes, we will notify active clients by email; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and is part of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you cannot waive under the consumer protection laws of your country.
